Motherboard's retarded, 250W and I have $150 and looking for card better than 9600 GT?
My board is sofa-king retarded and has the pci express slot where any long card blocks ALL FOUR!!! THATS RIGHT ALL FOUR of my SATA ports! And I have a 9600 inserted bent at an angle working off of a 250W. Now I'm thinking of getting a fat two slot card and I'm not sure a right angle sata connector's gonna do anything good. Should I get a new board or should I get special super flat sata connect.
Just do what you can do make them not blocked.
Also, the 250W PSU pretty much does not allow much of an upgrade. If anything, the HD4670 could work on your system. But it'll pretty risky.
