Dress up your PC with Desktop Cases
From cheap rolling notebook bags. Computers, of course tell people how much we can still accomplish and what more we want for additional investments. If a person sees that a Desktop is gathering dust in home office, first thing that comes to mind is that business is not that good too.
But if that person sees a PC in a home office with every imaginable peripheral and upgrade strapped into a piece of machine that only takes Sundays off, he would probably think that business is great. Why? Because of the way the Personal Computer is set up. The Desktop gives that person an idea of the frequency of usage the owner has on his Computer. And with all the upgrades that he can afford for his Computer, you know that he making money.
So it's not really a far-fetched idea to 'pimp' your Computer up. And one of the things you would have to look into when setting up your Computer, to look like the mack daddy of pimpsville, is visual presentation. As they say beauty is only skin deep. The right look for your PC would greatly depend on your personality and how you use and intend to use your Desktop Computer. Let's start with the basic, Computer cases. In choosing the right PC case for your Desktop Computer, you should take into consideration the location and the responsibility of that Desktop Computer. If your Desktop Computer will be for office use, the Computer case should have a contemporary design and aesthetic but still poses a statement.
A Computer case in black or midnight blue would be a fine choice for an office environment. It's not too flashy but not too shabby. And if you're using your Personal Computer for home and individual use, Computer cases that are compact and space saving would be most appropriate for you. Because of the sheer size of a desktop, having Personal Computer case that's edgy but compact is the way to go when trying to impress people.
And if you are the serious internet and Personal Computer jock, a PC case looks ultra-techie and still has that element of coolness would be the best choice for a Computer case. Because of the right balance geekiness and machismo a Desktop Computer case that carries both aspects can lure away stereotypes.
Customizing your Desktop to look just the way you like it is not that big a deal, there are a lot of Computer kiosks and stores that offer deals on Personal Computer cases. All you have to is to find out what is the look of the Computer case your trying to project. Because the Computer case can only do so much for the image of your Computer and you, the rest is up to you.

Toshiba laptop screen is all black. Desktop/Windows won't show but I can still see open programs?
Sorry for how bad my question looks but I wanted to get a few things across in the title.
The screen is totally black and I can't see my Desktop/Windows at all. However, I can still open and use some programs. Like I can open a program (like internet explorer) and use the program. The whole background is just black though and I really can't use everything the way I'd like to.
I'm pretty sure it's a virus and something was popping up to tell me there was a virus. When I clicked to delete the virus it said it couldn't and my anti-virus scanner disappear ubti the black.
What can I do with this? Also, the way I open the programs is theres a button on my laptop that opens the medial folders.

AirParrot mirrors your Mac display to Apple TV in real time (TUAW)
A short while ago, I wrote about David Stanfill (of Napkin Studio) and his
work on creating an AirPlay Mirroring receiver for OS X. Work continues on
that project. At the same time, he's also building a tool that creates live
mirroring from your Mac display to Apple TV.
Called AirParrot, the new app allows you to select a Mac display and an
AirPlay destination (typically an Apple TV). It then uses H.264 encoding to
build a live video stream from your selected display.
This allows you to work directly on your laptop or desktop system and mirror
it to an HDTV display, just as you would using iOS's built-in AirPlay
mirroring features.
AirParrot is still in its early days. As yet, there is no subsampling (i.e.
you cannot just pick a portion of your screen to mirror) and no audio
mirroring. Stability can be a bit iffy as well and the developer is still
working on a way to keep the Apple TV from going to sleep while mirroring.
Built-in options allow you to control underscan (fewer pixels overall, so more
encasing black space but better responsiveness) and compression quality
(choose from low to high).
