Will this PC build work together?

I'm trying to put together a decent audio/media server that will look OK in the living room. It has to be relatively beefy and very quiet. I have a high end tube amp, speakers and XFi card to handle the audio and won't need DVR functionality yet, but maybe will later. I'm wondering if all these components will play nice together.

CASE: Antec Fusion Remote HTPC
VIDEO: GIGABYTE GV-R485MC-1GI Radeon HD 4850
MOBO: GIGABYTE GA-G31M-ES2L LGA 775 Intel G31 Micro ATX
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1.5 TB 7200 RPM 32MB
CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 Yorkfield 2.83GHz
Blu-Ray: LG ELECTRONICS GGW-H20L OEM
RAM: Crucial Ballistix 2GBx2 PC2 6400
PSU: ENERMAX MODU82+ EMD525AWT 525W
I should add that the GPU above is a fanless model and that I'll play the occasional game on this system. I also always like to get a CPU that will be good for a few years, as this box will replace a 9 year old 1Ghz.
My main concern now is whether this GPU will fit the Antec case without Dremeling. Thanks!

Your CPU is way too much for an HTPC. Even a pretty beefy one doesn't require that CPU. The Q8200 is plenty for you. As for a GPU, the 4850 is a bit overkill as well. The 9400GT or 9500GT are plenty for video encoding/decoding. Other than that it looks good.
