P.S. This is the first computer i have tried to make P.S.S im 13 and it has to be under $1300

Try and get a cheaper case, a much cheaper processor (a dual core by AMD, the X2 5200 is 60 dollars and can run Crysis on highest settings) and then spend the extra money on a GTX 280.
Oh and the GTS 250 should be selling for 140$, not 200$.
So definitely change that and if you're going for the same price get a GTX 260 (the first generation), though I would recommend doing what I said in the first paragraph.

Here in Belgium you can configure your own computer with a GTX280 for 600€, so I don't get why in America its not possible to do for 750$.
