i changed the case to Nzxt Lexa Blackline Gaming Tower Case w/420W Power Supply. i have to keep my budget low under 500 including shipping

Seems pretty nice, esp for that price. However, you will definitely want to spring for more RAM if you plan on installing Vista. Even if you stick with XP, some newer games may make you wish you had more. (Even though that RAM is a whole lot better than what Dell sticks in a box :) ).
Obviously in a gaming rig speed is everything. Any way you can squeeze in the 10,000 RPM Hard drives? Dual 300GB drives running at 10,000 RPM is super sweet. sigh, maybe i am projecting what I want onto your build :) You do have a little room for expansion (to still fit your budget). Go ahead and use it on RAM.
