What parts do I need to build my PC?

I'm building a PC, and I need a little help with building it. I'm doing this on Newegg. I'll be using this for office work, web surfing, and some gaming. But I game on fairly old games, and any new games are like The Sims. I'm not into Warcraft or UT3 or anything.

What kind of video card, PSU, motherboard and Processor do you recommend for this type of rig?

I like the Corsair PSU's and Intel Processors. Thanks.

For PSU, would not go under a 420W, For a CPU I would go with the Intel E8400 Core 2 Duo 3.00Ghz 6M cache, For I video card The Gigabyte ATI Radeon HD4350 512mb is fine for what you want it for. For a Motherboard I would go with the ASUS P4KPL/1600
