Pure Aqua Forced Draft Degasifiers Removes Unwanted Gases From Supply Water

The degasifier removes gases by passing the water over a packing media that allows the water to make a thin film over the entire area. The counter current airflow is introduced in the bottom of the tower and travels up the stack through the descending flow of water. The gases are stripped as the air passes over the top of water.
Pure Aqua Forced Draft Degasifiers are used to remove unwanted gases from supply water. Pure Aqua standard FDD range covers flowrates from 75GPM to 1000GPM.

PROCESS ON HOW TO DEGASS WATER

Water normally contains free oxygen, carbon dioxide, nitrogen and other dissolved gases. And some of those gases could be corrosive and so they can negatively affect various chemical processes, so it is vital to get rid of those gases from water.
There are many ways for removing gases from water, and some of those systems are the following:
1. Air stripping in suitable plants where flows in the column full of dispersing rings encountering an air stream.
2. Chemical dosing system, chemical additives often pricey which form chemical compounds not at all times welcomed.
3. Increase water temperature a lot more than 80 C to strip away dissolved gases. This technique requires high energy cost. In the event of recovery of condensated water heat is principally written by condensated water itself but there was anyway loss in heat due to heat or vapor discharged by the chimney.

Degasifiers are utilized in demineralizer applications to strip CO2 following a strong acid cation exchanger or softening application. They can also be used being an economical method to remove hydrogen sulfide or volatile organic compounds (VOC). Degasifiers are sized in line with the water service flow rate.

SIZING THE DEVICE
The forced aeration of water will obtain oxidized matter from the fluid and remove gases such as methane (CH4) skin tightening and (CO2) and hydrogen sulphide (H2S). The total removal of the gases requires previous acidifying the fluid and the usage of strong oxidizing agents such as chlorine or potassium permanganate. The raw water falls from the the surface of the tower onto a layer of filling components of special shape. This really is required in order to maximize the surface area with the forced upward draft. This result in probably the most thorough oxidation and removal of gases carried up through the tower and collected at the very top.

OPERATION OF THE SYSTEM
Pure Aqua degasifiers are well proven as an efficient, reliable and cost-effective way of reducing dissolved gasses throughout the motorhome water filters. The units are comprised of a packed tower and integral sump with fan. The sump is sized to offer approximately 2 minute retention time at maximum flow. Pure Aqua engineers its systems for compact and efficient design tailored to any custom application.

MAIN APPLICATIONS

1. Degasification for steam boilers feed in order to reduce free gases thus reducing drastically the necessity of expensive conditioning chemicals
2. Degasification for supercritical rinsing after ultrasonic cleaning in semiconductor industries
3. Degasification cells (EDI) for deionization with mixed bed resins in the event of water quality needed below 1 microsiemens or over to 18 megaohm
4. Deaeration for production of fruits, juices and beverages generally
{5}. Deaeration of process water if you have need of very low levels of residual dissolved gasses.
My First PC Build (AMD GAMING RIG)?

I have decided to build my first PC. Going to go with AMD on this one.I was wondering if this would be a good build..

AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition
Asus Crosshair IV Formula Motherboard
Diamond 5770PE51G Radeon HD 5770 Video Card - 1GB GDDR5 x 2 (Crossfire)
Corsair Dominator GT Dual Channel 8192MB PC15000 DDR3 Memory - 1866MHz, 4x2048MB
Ultra X4 1050-Watt Modular Power Supply

Full Tower, 1TB HDD, 40G SSD (FOR WNDOWS 7 INSTALL)

But yeah, would this be considered a nice gaming rig? Bare in mind that I've never built a gaming rig from scratch.. so any comments, would be greatly appreciated.
*i read that the new AMD 6 CORE wasnt a cpu built for gaming.. Will it make that big of a difference if i went with it?

just built a amnd gaming rig myself

that crosshair board is back they are currently in the process of building a crossfair 5 because it has loads of faults i got an asus 890gx pro with usb 3.0 for £110 that is basically the same thing without a couple of fancy overclocking utilities that are rubbish anyway because it lowers your ram frequency its always better to overclock yourself.

i have the 1055t and its so quick id really suggest going for it its more powerful than the processor yuo are going for. amd are releasing a dedicated gaming cpu (bulldozer chip) late in 2011 that the 890 chipset can take aswell so you could save your money and get the 965 and buy a new one later however its only like £30 difference for a larger cache and 2 more cores that means 2 more threads that means MORE SPEED.

you only need 4 gigs of memory since all games currently run in 32 bit on a 64 bit operating system so they use no more ram i have all my games maxed out and looking at the most demanding (dragon age origins, MW2, crysis) i havent been able to find any game to get my ram usage above 3 gigs yet i think the max was 2.88 gigs while playing MW2

but apart from that thats a pretty perfect gaming rig

if your getting SSD get a sata 3 compatible one for higher bandwidth, you can plug a sata 2 one into a sata 3 port but you wont get much more speed out of it.

also be aware not to get a sata 3 HDD as currently the bottleneck is not that port or cables bandwidth its the speed of the hard drive currently the fastest is like 10000rpm that doesnt even max out what sata 2 can handle

Alienware x51 review: A proper, affordable gaming slim tower (Albuquerque Journal)

(Credit: Matthew Fitzgerald/CNET)

I expect Alienware will sell a lot of these.

There's very little about the new Alienware x51 gaming slim tower a mainstream
buyer won't appreciate. You can buy a reasonably fast configuration, like our
review unit, for under $1,000. It's on an aesthetic par with an Xbox 360 or a
Playstation 3. You can even put it on its side and slide it into your media
rack.

It's still a PC, of course, with all the content benefits and interface and
software hang-ups implied therein. And in spite of Alienware's clever work
cramming in a full-sized 3D card, the x51 will make a finicky upgrade
platform. You get no other expansion card slots, room for only one hard drive,
and the 330 watt power supply (an upgrade over the 230 watt default) limits
you to mainstream graphics cards.

#### Alienware X51

Still, the bumped up GeForce GTX 555 card in our review config can play
Battlefield 3, Skyrim, or pretty much any other game at 1,920x1,080 at smooth
frame rates and respectable quality settings. That's all many gamers will ask
for, particularly those shopping for a PC like this one.
