Is my Acer Aspire one MINI ATX, ITX, Mini ITX or Micro ITX?
I need to know because 1. my screen is trashed and completely un-salvageable. 2. the body to my acer is beat up and torn apart. and 3. All of those form factors you describe are for DESKTOP computers.
Desktop computers.
Laptop motherboards are not built to any kind of desktop form factor. They are built to fit into the casing that was designed for the laptop or notebook. So, you can't take a laptop or notebook motherboard and drop it into a case and expect the screw holes to line up (AKA a form factor) and expect the components to match up to the external holes in the case (the VGA port, the headphone jack and microphone jack, etc...)
So, you can't buy a case that fits one of the motherboard form factors you listed above, and expect your netbook motherboard to fit into it. The motherboard for the Acer Aspire One netbook was designed to fit into the casing of the Acer Aspire One netbook. That's it.
